COVID-19 UPDATE

At GLADYS & JACK we are working hard to despatch orders on time, but deliveries may be delayed due to limited flights, social distancing and increased parcel demand. As a result of this, we are unable to guarantee the usual delivery times. 

Shipping Policy

Since we individually craft each item, all orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates 
We offer $10 flat rate shipping within Australia with a 3-14 day delivery period. 

Express Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and range between $15 and $17. Delivery is estimated to be 1-6 days depending on your location. 

Free shipping within Australia on all orders over $150.00 to one location.

Free Local Delivery to Postcode 3020
Provide delivery instructions at check-out for ease of delivery. In the event no-one is home upon delivery, parcels will be left unattended if there is a safe place to do so. In the event there isn't a safe place to leave your parcel or no delivery instructions are provided, your parcel will be returned to GLADYS & JACK. 

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@gladysandjack.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Incorrect Address or Returned Parcels 
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address entered at checkout, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will need to pass on the postage charge to you to send it again. If a parcel is undeliverable to the gift recipient, we will contact the person who placed the order to discuss options. 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges 
In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty in any way, please email us immediately at info@gladysandjack.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Contact must be made to GLADYS & JACK within 7 days of receiving the goods. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

To return your product, you should mail your product inside the packaging and wrap in bubble wrap or similar to ensure no damage or further damage occurs. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
