HOW DO I CREATE MY OWN GIFT PACK? 
Simply choose your items and add gift/add to gift pack along with your gift recipients name, a message and who it's from. Then at check-out, write in the notes section which items are to be packaged together in the gift pack, and we'll take care of thoughtfully crafting your gift pack for you to make sure your person feels special.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCT TO BE MADE? 
Since we personally and thoughtfully craft each and every product just for you, we usually allow 4-5 business days production time (excluding weekends and holidays). 

WHAT IF YOU DON'T HAVE A FRAGRANCE I AM WANTING? 
If we don't offer a fragrance you want, please reach out to us at info@gladysandjack.com.au, we are always open to suggestions on customers favourite scents.

WHAT IF I'M HAVING TROUBLE CHOOSING A FRAGRANCE? 
You can jump on over to the fragrances page to look at the descriptions of each fragrance. If you are still having trouble choosing after viewing the fragrance descriptions, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll gladly help you. 

Here are some helpful questions to ask yourself if purchasing for someone else:

• When thinking about your loved one, what scents do you smell them wearing? 
• When you are at their house, what particular smells do you smell?
• Do they like fruity, woody, fresh/herbal, floral, baking smells?
• Are they someone who likes natural things in life? If so, maybe stick with fresh/herbal or woody scents.

HOW MANY REEDS DO I PUT INTO THE ROOM FRAGRANCE DIFFUSER? 
Our diffusers are made with high quality ingredients, are strong and designed to indulge your senses with a long-lasting scent throw. If you are unsure, maybe start with 4 reeds and add more until you reach your desired scent throw. Keep in mind your diffuser will take 3 days to settle in after opening.

You will need to turn the reeds 1-2 times a week or as desired.
